Chantal Normand

Chantal is a versatile person and it is a strength that we notice very quickly, that and her dynamism!
Chantal graduated from St-Joseph College in Hull in 1986 and Outaouais College (now Cégep de l'Outaouais) in 1990 in nursing, she worked as a beneficiary attendant at the Hull Hospital during her studies before working in a multitude of spheres at the Gatineau Hospital: endoscopy clinic, surgical medicine, critical care, and oncology. Since 2007, she has been a part-time nurse coordinator for cancer research.
Chantal is also co-owner of Chaussures Le Pacha and Groupe Le Pacha as well as a partner of Groupe MCS5.
At Chaussures Le Pacha and Groupe Le Pacha, Chantal wears several hats: assistant, secretary, receptionist, you name it! She is the proud mother of two men. At home, it was not so different, she had several roles too: Taxi Mom, manager of the hockey team, cheerleader, homework reviser.
You're probably looking for the relation between nursing, business, and a mother's overbooked schedule, and you're probably wondering how she handles it.
Well, that's what being versatile means.
Chantal works full time with her husband, Stéphane Leduc, general director of Chaussures Le Pacha and partner of Groupe MCS5.
Nevertheless, you will always find her with a smile on her face and you will always hear her say "It's a pleasure"!
