Stéphane Leduc

Stéphane wore many hats before becoming the businessman he is today.
Stéphane graduated in administrative science from Cégep de l'Outaouais in 1987 and in accounting from the University of Hull in 1990 (now renamed Université du Québec en Outaouais). He started working at the age of 12 on dairy farms belonging to his aunts. In 1988, he began his career at Chaussures Le Pacha as an accountant. He rose through the ranks and held various positions before becoming the general director in 1995 and to this day.
He has always been attracted to finance and the business world from an early age. He now believes that he has realized his childhood dream. Today, Stéphane sits on 9 boards of directors and is a shareholder of 9 companies involved in many industries: import, construction, agriculture, distribution and sale of shoes, not forgetting real estate!
He’s the father of two young men, he passed on his passion for business to his son Samuel, who is also a partner in Groupe MCS5.
For Stéphane, there is a solution to every problem, that is why you will always hear him saying "pas de trouble"!
