Mario Gadbois

Mario began in 1992 at Pavage Gadbois as a labourer/operator and steadily advanced in his career over the following decades. From 2001 to 2008, he excelled as a Project Manager, overseeing all company operations, including paving work and snow removal management. Between 2005 and 2008, he expanded his expertise to the EBG division, working on road engineering projects while actively contributing to administrative decision-making.

His career took a significant turn from 2008 to 2013, when he assumed the role of Project Manager/Superintendent at Construction Edelweiss, a firm specializing in road engineering. He contributed to the management of major contracts such as Highway 50, MTQ roads, various municipal contracts, and several Rapibus lots.

Since 2014, Mr. Gadbois has held the position of General Manager/Administrator at Pavage Gadbois/Excavatek. In parallel, as a shareholder and administrator at Excavatek since 2016, and a member of the MCS5 group since 2020, he has solidified his position as a key figure within these entities.
With 30 years within the company, Mario has distinguished himself through his organizational and planning skills and his unwavering loyalty. These qualities have helped build strong business relationships, earning an exemplary reputation for the companies he has represented for three decades!
